Nestled in Lake Margaret in St Thomas, this Sapphire Blue Leisure Pools Tuscany 28 is the perfect centerpiece in a raw and rugged Viking themed backyard. Our team added two striking structures to provide covered seating options. The use of natural stone in the fire pit, pavilion veneer and boulders along the rear of the pool add to the drama of the space.

Northern Reflections

The challenging grade change at the rear exit of this home created an opportunity for a unique solution.  We chose to use an elevated deck platform with a covered pergola to create a perched view point of the pool area below.  Generous planting areas full of blooms will eventually fill in and provide a seasonal display.

Lawson Park

This is a Leisure Pools Eclipse 30 in Graphite Grey.  The client really wanted to have an 'oasis' feel to their backyard. A curved pool incorporating natural stone and strategic planting created a retreat for everyday use. The major draw to the Eclipse was the splash deck area which accomodates the young families safety requirements.

Wortley Charm

This is a Leisure Pools Pinnacle 40 in Sapphire Blue. The house underwent a massive renovation which demanded that the garden reflect the quality of these interior adjustments. The views from inside of the house out to the garden were vital in deciding the pool placement as the pool also functioned as an artistic focal element.

The placement was also impacted by the presence of two large trees. Pushing the pool back extended the view and also provided areas to tuck in large planting and seating areas. The softening strategy continued by incorporating black granite within the paving design, giving broom finish concrete an edgy treatment. The patio at the rear gives the client a sunny destination and multiple seating opportunities.

Sleek & Unique

This is a Leisure Pools Supreme 40 in Graphite Grey. The connection from the house to the pool was vitally important for the client. The pool area is an extension of the home and subconsciously pulls the onlooker out into the space. The reflection of the forest on the pool surface creates an optical illusion and seasonal interest.

The scale of the pool area was also incredibly important to get right. If the space was too small it would crowd the home and add more volume to the powerful rear facade. By allowing more distance and placing the pool further away we were able to add pockets of softening through planting and river rock mulch, therefore scaling down the existing volume.

Country Sheek

This is a Leisure Pools Pinnacle 40 in Sapphire Blue. This new build house had a large pie shape property with a lot of opportunity. Because we were starting with a blank slate we had the ability to manipulate the existing grades through the use of natural stone retaining walls and create large flat areas for different functions.

The view from the within the house directly impacted the pool placement, with unobstructed views out into the garden from the dining room. The large lounge space directly beside the splash deck allows for the supervision of young swimmers and is also a prime spot for sunbathers. The pavillion provides an elevated platform that showcases broad views of the entire garden. Lighting and a waterwall feature create an ambiance for evening gatherings.

That's Amore!

This is a Leisure Pools Harmony 20 in Graphite Grey installed in 2018. The client had already completed interior renovations reflecting their modern style preference, and we were up to the challenge in reflecting that in their rear space. This space now has a sense of peace and calm, which is exactly what was requested.

Initially the client wanted to preserve their 25 year old vinyl liner pool, but quickly they realized that keeping this in the plan was hampering their ultimate project goals. The larger vinyl pool was replaced with this plunge style pool and we also utilized an Endless Pools Fastlane swim in order to provide an effective swim experience.
